How we work

Hotelpedia runs on remote-first, deep-work principles. Our contributors are journalists, hoteliers, researchers and photographers spread across India, Europe and Southeast Asia. We meet twice a year in person — usually somewhere worth writing about.

Roles we hire for

• Staff writers — hotels, destinations, longform features
• Researchers — chains, brands, ownership, historical context
• Editors — copy, fact-checking, style
• Photographers — commissioned property shoots
• Engineers — full-stack, WordPress, search and data pipelines
